How to follow up your order
When the order is delivered to the express courier, you will be sent an e-mail with a link to verify your package’s route from when the courier took in to its effective delivery.
In the case where the client is absent at the specified address, the courier will leave a card with the necessary information for fixing a new appointment. During the five days after the failed delivery, the courier will try to contact the addressee at the telephone number provided to agree on a new delivery date.
Moleskine Store will proceed to reimburse the sum paid by the client for the net shipping/customs duties expenses as well as the return expenses of the order itself to Moleskine Store and the holding charges. Dissolution of the contract and the amount of reimbursement will be communicated by e-mail. The total of the reimbursement will be credited to the means of payment used for the purchase.
In the case where, before 30 days have lapsed, the client would like to once again request the shipment of the item purchased, Moleskine Store will proceed again with the new delivery previously debited, as well as the shipping expenses, the expenses for returning the product to Moleskine Store and the holding charges.
Checking Delivery
The client is expected to check the condition of the delivered product. In the case where the packaging shows evident signs of mishandling or alteration, you need to contact Moleskine Store Customer Service about it right away.
