Return or Withdrawal
If for whatever reason the Purchaser is not satisfied with the purchase you did, it is entitled to terminate the Agreement, with no penalty imposed on the product cost, with the exception of shipping and transaction costs bore by the Seller which will be kept by the Seller itself and they will entirely charged to the Purchaser. The Purchaser should clearly state the reasons for its withdrawal on the return form within maximum 15 working days. The Products are to be returned in the same conditions as delivered, that is perfectly stored, including any parts, without being used, in the original packaging and including any relating operating instructions. It goes without saying that return transportation risks as for the Products are at the entire Purchaser charge. The Seller will get the returned Products and it will check their conditions: they should be returned as delivered to the Purchaser. It will be important, in fact, to cover the Product original packaging with a different protection packaging, protecting them, even from labels and writings. The Seller will freely reimburse the Purchaser the entire amount paid for the Product, with the exception of any transportation and custom fees, according to the terms imposed by the regulations in force and on conditions that Products are returned in good conditions, in compliance with what hereinbefore stated. Such reimbursement, once quantified, will be returned by bank transfer to the Purchaser. The Purchaser should inform the Seller, by filling the specific form, about the bank references to enforce the bank transfer and to allow the Seller to duly return the paid amount.
Defective products
The Purchaser is entitled to return the Product which is defective within 10 days from the defect reporting. When accepting the present conditions, the Purchaser agrees that 10 days will start from the delivery date as it should be liable for checking the product conditions within the shortest possible time period. The Seller will receive the defective Product subject to check the possible missing non-compliance. In case of assessed non-compliance, the Seller will freely reimburse the Purchaser the entire amount paid for the defective Product return, it will replace the Product with a similar Product or it will reimburse the paid amount including transportation fees. Such reimbursement, once quantified, will be returned by bank transfer to the Purchaser. The Purchaser should inform the Seller, by filling the specific form, about the bank references to enforce the bank transfer and to allow the Seller to duly return the paid amount.
