Can I exchange an item?

If you have already received the shipping confirmation email for your order, please wait until it is delivered to you and then to proceed with making a return request by filling the form at this page or by contacting our Customer Service team.

How can I return an item?

To complete a return you have to fill the form at this page or, alternatively, contact our Customer Service team, in order to proceed with the return authorization. Depending on the reason of your return, the customer service team is at your disposal for any clarification about which procedure to follow.

The product I received is different from the one I ordered, what should I do?

I received a product that I do not like, what do I do?

If you do not like the product you have received, you can arrange a return at your expenses within 14 days from the moment the courier delivered your package. To proceed with the return you have to fill the form at this page or contact our Customer Service team to proceed with the return authorization.

Once you receive the necessary instructions about how to proceed with the return process, you will have to send the package, containing the products you wish return, at your expenses to the designated warehouse. All information will be provided via email by Customer Service.

The shipment of the products you wish to return must be carried out within 14 days from the receipt of the return authorization. If the 14th day falls on a public holiday, then the limit will be extended until the next working day.

Please note that the cost of shipping for this type of return is at your expense.*

Can I return a personalized product?

A personalized product can be returned only when a manufacturing and/or customization defect is found. For Moleskine products that have been personalized by customers using the "Personalization" section of the Moleskine website, the exception in Article. 59 letter. c) Consumer Code is also applied and they are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal law. They are without prejudice to any other rights required by the law.

When is a product deemed not suitable for return?

A product is defined unfit for return when it is not in the same condition in which it was received.

Therefore we will not accept returns of products that have been removed from their original packaging, which have been used or that have been damaged, when the damage was caused by the improper use of the product.

How can I check the status of my return?

For returns taken care of by https://store.moleskine.com you can use the tracking number provided by Customer Service and insert it in the designated area of the courier courier website. The tracking number is within the label attached to the return service authorization that was sent to you via email. If you have lost said label you can contact our Customer Service team that will provide all the necessary information.

If the return is at your expense you can use the tracking number provided by the courier or postal service you choose for the items to be returned.
